Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders from Morfit and for your convenience we deliver via Royal Mail anywhere in the UK. 

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details. Orders received before 3pm on any business day will be dispatched the same day. In most cases, orders will be delivered the next business day (within 24 hours).

Don't worry if you're not at home when the product/s are delivered. Royal Mail will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.

If you prefer to to sign for your parcel and would like to utilise the 'Safe Place' option through your Royal Mail account, you will agree to the Royal Mail terms, please read their terms and conditions regarding Safeplace under the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service here.

Morfit is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. If you are not happy with your purchase you can post back to us at the following address within 30 days from the date it is received and signed.
